Catching/ Hitting Lessons?!?!?!

Hello, my name is Patches Campbell im currently looking for a place to get catching and hitting lessons. I've played my whole life but haven't been able to pick up a ball since last summer except maybe two or three times due to a car wreck, so im looking to get a little more practice in before returning to the field. So if anyone has a suggestion please let me know. Thank you!

The Oklahoma Cardinals are still looking for two pitchers to add to the roster.
We still have three positions open on the roster. we will only have 11 players on the roster, so there is going to be a lot of playing time.
We are only looking to play tournaments in the spring/summer. 2 to 3 tournaments a month. Give Coach Kelsey a call or drop him a private message if interested in joining the team.

Experienced Catcher Needed for 2Y 12U

The 12U Owasso Mischief is looking for a catcher. Ours is moving up to 14U.

Prefer 97 b-day.

Will hold private tryouts over the winter.

The Mischief will be a second-year 12U in 2010. We play league out of Owasso/Savage and tournaments 2-3 times a month. Will be conditioning/working out over the winter at the Owasso HS indoor facility. We also have the use of a private field and an OGSA field for outdoor practice and the use of two indoor facilities for batting and fielding.

In addition to a great group of supportive parents, we also have a former Owasso High School and college softball player on the coaching staff.

The Oklahoma Young Guns will have an open practice to fill, or possibly add a couple of positions. We have great athletes and fund raiser that will pay for equipment, fees, as well as most travel. We understand that some athletes are able to play at the highest level, but may not have the funds to do so that is why we have made it possible for them to have this opportunity. Cowgirl Softball Signs Four

Oklahoma State adds two pitchers, a catcher and an outfielder to next year's squad.

Megan Castle is one of five Cowgirl seniors Coach Wieligman will replace with the recruiting class of '10.

Stillwater, Okla. Oklahoma State has signed four softball players to National Letters of Intent, it was announced today by head coach Rich Wieligman. All four players will be eligible for the 2010-11 season.

Tarah Ettinger, a senior at Oswego East High School in Plainfield, Ill., is a catcher that can play multiple positions. This past summer, she was invited to the Canadian National team camp, and was impressive enough that the selection committee included her on the womens national team at the Canada Cup. She also competed for the Junior National Team at the Easton Junior World Cup Tournament.

Tarah is a good, strong leader and has a good work ethic, Wieligman said. Shes had a chance to develop her skills behind the plate with the Canadian national team, and will definitely compete for playing time next year.

Simone Freeman is a senior at Gilroy Catholic High School in Baulkham Hills, New South Wales, Australia. She is one of four finalists for the Australian Junior National Player of the Year and has had some international experience with the Australian National Team.

Simone is on the national developmental team down in Australia, said Wieligman. She played in the Japan Cup this past summer, pitching against some of the worlds best hitters. With her international experience, we look for Simone to come in and make an immediate impact.

Morgan Hawkins, a senior at Fort Bend Austin High School in Sugarland, Texas, is a pitcher for the Texas Eclipse summer team. She was named a first-team All-District 23-5A selection as a junior last season.

Morgan is a hard thrower, Wieligman said. We believe she has the potential to come in and be a top-notch pitcher on our staff.

Ariana Morrison, a senior at Northwood High School in Irvine, Calif., is a second baseman who will compete for playing time in the outfield. She is a left-handed slap hitter who hits for power. Once on, shes a constant threat to steal.

Ariana will bring a lot of speed to our team, said Wieligman. Shes a slapper who can hit for power. She has the ability to put a lot of pressure on a defense and will allow us to score in a lot of different ways.

Oklahoma State will lose a total of five senior starters following the 2010 season, including pitcher Anna Whiddon, catcher Sam Heinlein, and outfielders Katelyn Bright, Breana Casaus and Megan Castle.

This class overall will help ease the loss of our current seniors, both in the battery and in the outfield, Wieligman said. Were confident that with this recruiting class, along with the players we already have on our roster, we will continue to develop and grow this team into consistent championship contenders.
