PLEASE COME TO PLAY in our First Toys for Tots tournament on Nov 6-8.  This tournament will raise money to ensure that many children receive gifts for Christmas. Please read the attachment for more information on this tournament.  This tournament is for the 8U/10U/12U/14U age groups and is listed as an OPEN tournament, so both competitive and recreational teams can play.   The tournament is a double elimination bracket with NO pool play (2 game guarantee). The entry fee is a little different than normal. Each player on each team will bring ONE UNWRAPPED TOY (valued at $5-$10); this is the ONLY entry fee.  All toys collected will be donated.  Hard to find a better deal for a better cause.  Let’s all come out and support this worthy cause and provide a good Christmas for many deserving young children. Register early to secure your spot.

FOR TEAMS ALREADY SIGNED UP TO PLAY:   This is an ASA tournament. While ASA rosters would be preferred, they are not required. We understand that many teams are changing and new players are being tried out. You must, however, be able to show proof of ASA registration and insurance for each player. If at all possible, please mail your roster prior to the tournament to:   (OGSA, PO Box 133,   Owasso, OK 74055).  Toys will be collected at the gate upon team registration. We ask that all players for a team wait to turn in their toys until the entire team has arrived at the park.

Note:

• The tournament will be a Friday-Sunday tournament depending on number of teams.
• Teams are allowed to pick up players.
• Tournament entry deadline is the Friday of the week preceding the tournament. 

The Owasso Sports Complex is located 2 miles west of Hwy 169 (between Mingo and Garnett) on 116^th St North. The park rainout number is 371-5001.
