THANK YOU for registering to play in the Toys for Tots tournament. With your toy donations, you will make a wonderful Christmas for many deserving young children. We have had a wonderful turnout in our first time hosting this tournament.  Thanks to all the teams that signed up to play and the many more who wanted to play.

I have tried to accommodate all requests.  If you see something you can't live with, call me (289-8419). There are no pool games. This is a double elimination bracket only. The game times are listed in the attached documents. I will post a copy of the tournament rules by Wed.  Packets including this information and coach passes will be waiting for you at the gate.  Be sure to bring all the toys for your team as your coach checks in for the tournament. This will make the toy collection process easier. Also be sure to bring your roster, with pick-up players listed.

Since 10U only has 8 teams, I made an effort to finish their tournament on Sat. This means that each team had to begin play on Friday night. As for 12U and 14U, the will be playing Fri-Sun. We are going to have wonderful weather. Lets all have some fun.

The 10U/12U Bracket Game Times are listed in the pdf attachments:

Can anyone tell me whether or not the times are going to change for the tournament if there is not going to be an 8th team. I have an hour drive to get there and i need to tell the parents as soon as possible.

FYI.....10U Muskogee Babes have dropped out of the tournament and we are trying to find another 10U team to take their place.  The bracket will remain the same, regardless of whether we find a replacement or not.  If we do not find a team, Tremors will receive a bye the first round.

Parents, please contact your coach with questions regarding the tournament.

Also, we are aware of the problems with the ASA/VTD site and know that some of the teams/players are no longer listed.  All we need for a roster is a list of your players (hand written, excel, word, etc.) with ages and birthdates. Players need to bring proof of age (ASA card, copy of birth certificate, etc.) and proof of insurance (league, team, parent, etc.) for liability purposes.

We are also aware that some teams are losing some players due to this being a late tournament and some teams are reforming for spring and have no way to add rostered players. We are going to be flexible with pickup players because we want teams to be able to play especially since this is a charity tournament. We ask only that coaches dont take advantage of the situation and have more rostered players than pickups.

Congrats to Roy, Rita, Chance, Buddy and the 16U Bedlam for a well run tournament and the idea for Toys For Tots. Was nice to see the ballpark packed in early November.
