All American Softball Instruction will be having open facility workouts under Coach Katie Pasqualle starting November 9th - January 25th(10 weeks). Coach Katie will be mixing in workouts and skill work to provide extra training at a group rate($15/class). The goal is to increase strength, endurance, agility, fielding and throwing skills. It will be open to all ages. You can pick the class/es that you want to work on or do all 10. We think it will be a beneficial and fun way to get some skill work in over the winter. Below is a brief description of the classes:
ALL CLASSES ARE ON SATURDAY MORNINGS FROM 10AM-11AM.
11/9: Infield/Outfield/Throwing Training--Goal is to increase throwing speed and arm strength
11/16: Leg Strengthening and Fielding--Goal is to increase leg strength and quick feet
11/23: Bootcamp--Goal is for all positions incorporating speed and agility and cross fit techniques designed for softball players
12/7: Endurance--Goal is throwing drills to foster eye hand coordination and full body workout
12/14: Infield/Outfield/Throwing--Goal is to increase throwing speed and arm strength
12/21: Winter Olympics--Goal is to have games and challenges to promote the "winter" softball player
1/4: Leg Strengthening and Explosion--Goal is to build leg endurance, quick feet and explosion to benefit ALL position players
1/11: Bootcame 2--Goal is incorporating running form to maximize baserunning and reaction speeds on the bases
1/18: Total Softball--Goal is to review key drills and skills for the universal player
1/25: Endurance--Goal is a final full body workout, review of speed and agility drills and athlete "free" gym to work on drills and skill from over the 10 week program
